COURSE FEES

Course fees for programmes offered by Global Indian Cultural Centre (GICC) are collected on a term basis, as shown below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • GICC programmes are open to all ages, both children and adults, from within the GIIS community and outside.
  • Admission is open all round the year.
  • Attendance in class is considered as confirmation of admission in the programme.
  • Enrollments are done on a term basis only.  
  • Fee is pro-rated from the month of joining, charged from the month of joining to the remaining months of the term, except in June and December, when the fee is charged only for one month.      
  • Fee is excluding any material cost that may be necessary for some programmes.
  • If a student discontinues a class during the course of the term, the fee for the rest of the term will not be refunded.
  • Change of programme in the middle of a term is NOT allowed.
  • NO replacement classes are offered if a student is absent.
  • Written withdrawal notice is required to be submitted, one month in advance, for withdrawal from a GICC programme. Fee paid in such cases is non-refundable.

FEE SETTLEMENT METHODS

  • PayNow (without transaction fee) - Can ONLY be settled physically at the Punggol SMART Campus on Fridays (9am - 4:30pm) and Saturdays (9am - 12:30pm), except on Public Holidays. This payment option is available only for students enrolled at the Punggol SMART Campus.
  • For East Coast Campus, payment can be done at the campus bookshop using NETS/debit card.
  • Online payment (transaction fee of 3.5% chargeable) - Please click on the invoice number of the GICC invoice emailed to your registered email address to settle the payment using your debit or credit card.
