Examinations Rules and Regulations

Conduct

Students shall at all times conduct themselves with dignity and decorum while attending the examinations. They must strictly adhere to the instructions of the teacher-in-charge.

Dress code

Students attending examinations must be present in an appropriate attire as per the subject requirement.

Attendance

Students appearing for exams must have completed minimum 36 hours of tuition (90% attendance) to qualify for the exam. Students must pay the requisite examination fees before the due date of examinations.

Absenteeism

Refund of examination fees will not be granted to students who are absent without any valid reason(s).

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the examinations will be permitted only with valid reason one week prior to the date of exam. An administrative fee of 25% of the exam fees will be charged on account of withdrawal.
